Procedures of KAPE's Solution Process:

 

Request and Survey
After receiving a request from Customer, Pre-Sales will send a Table of Project Information to the Customer, to collect and query the accurate information of the project so as to do an overall survey of Project Information.

Propose the Solution
In according to information, Pre-Sales will propose the solution and assist the Customer to verify feasibility of the proposal in order to success in finally.

Implementation
A Dedicate Project Manager will be responsible to manage, supervise the project implementation, and communicate with Pre-Sales for lacks of the proposal.

Check and Summary
The Project Manager will assist Customer to check and accept the Project while the project is closed, then deliver full documents of the project to Customer.

Training
Provide a technical training to the relevant personnel, when Kape finish the Project.

Project Checklist
After the Project has been checked and accepted, the Project Manager will submit the checklist and confirmed by Customer.

After-Sales Service
KAPE will provide support and service based on Service Level Agreement (SLA) during warranty of the agreement.
