KAPE's System Take Care Service provides Customer with an overall IT support platform and can solve Customers' emergent problems at any place and any moment.

These issues can be solved by KAPE's Support On-Line (SOL) or Support On-Site (SOS) based on SLA.

Expense is counted according to real service requests and charged according to real on-site service time (Excluding traveling time).

To Provide 7X24-hour service, and response time of On-Site Service will be based on the Service Level Agreement (SLA) after receiving the service request call from Customer.

Efficiency and Convenience
 

Since KAPE stores a Complete Customer Information Database and a Complete Problem Resolution Database in Database Server, KAPE'S experts will provide effective support through SOL or SOS for Customers' emergent problems in time.

Low Risk
 

If the contracted service tokens have not been used up, Customer can continue to request service with the left service tokens in next year and up to the third year, or Customer can transfer the contracted service product to another service product or a solution with same value according to actual demands in one year later after the contract signed.
