| Charges of long distance telephone reduce dramatically |
| After the new system established, the most obvious effect is good voice quality and largely reduced communication expenses in long distance calls. In the past, the branches, which are separated in every province of east China, totally rely on the networks of telecommunication to call each other. The result is large amount of monthly charge in telecommunications to pay. Currently, all the calls pass through the IP networks without any charges of long distance calls. When the employees are out of office, they needn’t to rely on long distance calls or mobiles to communicate with their colleagues. They just only need to carry the CISCO IP software phone program and connect to Internet. |

| When the office will be moved, all of what we will do is just to take Cisco IP Phones from your old office to the present one and connect to IP network, no PBX configurations and circuitry testing needed. |

| In foresight, save managerial expense dramatically |
| In terms of another function in IP phone, it can save a lot of managerial costs. We have counted for our customers: if they have to pay 2 or 3 million RMB for a traditional PBX, which be able to support more than 1000 telephones. If they want to add some special functions, such as storing the voice messages and so on, they have to pay more for each additional function. Whatever, the cost of PBX yearly maintenance will be very high. However, in terms of IP communication solution, although the price of every IP phone will be more expensive than analog phone (more than 70% of IP communication investments are put on the IP phone), the IP phone server will only cost several hundreds of thousand and can support 4000 IP phones theoretically and low cost of its upgrading in future. Generally speaking, the first investment of IP communication solution will be higher than traditional PBX, but the maintenance cost of traditional PBX will be higher and more difficult. |
